Oral health, especially tooth decay and cavities are the most notorious ailments of modern humankind. It has become so common among every individuals, which is nothing short of an epidemic. However, it is important to note that our ancestors, few generations back had little to no such health issues.

He prescribes a natural way of regaining dental health, in which using certain herbs and greens which were predominantly used in everyday diet until 1950's. It during the post world war era that adopted the industrialization of agricultural practices, which eventually shifted drastically away from the traditional eating culture that led to a rampant ailments that has taken an almost irreversible path to address the root cause of all these issues.
Leafy greens, such as coriander, parsley, etc, and locally cultivated vegetables were grown in soil rich in naturally occurring minerals and bio-fertilizers such as compost and other rich organic matter. In these modern days, even these crops have lost their original properties and become less in nutrition.
